Build On Your Own Lot

Build Where You Want

Location, Location, Location

The location of your home is as essential as the floor plan you choose. You may want to live close to work, your children’s school, outdoor spaces or even where you prefer to shop. That’s why we offer a Build on Your Lot option.

Do you already own a lot, or are you in the process of purchasing one?

McDonald has experience building homes in a variety of locations and circumstances. We work with development consultants that will help with potentially challenging site conditions, DNR concerns, permit difficulties, or concerns with easements and access. We can mitigate these as we design your home, so your home build process is smooth.
