This information is needed to get your application started:

Copies of last two years W2’s
Most recent pay stubs covering a 30-day period
Last three months bank statements and most recent statement for other savings and investment accounts
List of monthly liabilities
If renting, name, address and phone
Number for landlords for the last 12 months
If self-employed or commissioned, provide two years full tax returns and a year-to-date profit/loss
If divorced, please provide a copy of court decree
