Green technology.
We can use many green processes and products to build your home. We can review soil impact on native trees and plants specific to the site, and planned for low impact. Our designs use a lot of natural light, and continuous ventilation systems are available for healthy air. Energy Star Bosch appliances are an option and save energy and lowers energy bills. Other green products available are eucalyptus flooring, knotty alder cabinetry, recycled glass tiles, recycled carpet and pads and many others.

- Background/info gathering questionnaire and interview. We go deeper to learn about your needs and to uncover creative solutions
- Customer Project Center. Watch your project grow, track its progress, make comments all online in a password protected environment.
- Customer Appreciation Social Events. Long after you have unpacked the last box, McDonald Construction is there. Social events for past and current customers, employees and suppliers keep the lines of communication open and show our appreciation for your business.
Our Home Consultants.
Our process is unique in that the same original home consultant and in-house designer work with you from the start to finish. After years of building original, customer-designed homes and pooling their collective experience, our team of consultants and in-house designers can handle even the toughest design challenges. They understand the intricacies of design, construction and materials selection issues-which helps conceptualize and bring to life your ideas and preliminary home designs. The home consultant and home designer team will then follow through on all the details so your home building experience is seamless. Their talents will guide you when you are unsure of your needs and at the same time assure you that your specific desires will be met with unmatched inspiration and innovation.

We try to avoid problems, but if any should come up, the staff of our full-time service department will help solve them.
We primarily use brand-name products, such as Andersen windows and Kohler fixtures. Our customers will get the best products on the market.
